Assist Senior Management in handling current and new projects
Monitor site progress and quality control of projects including but not limited to project cashflow, contractual and safety issues
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all procedures are in compliance with statutory requirements
Degree in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
Chartered membership of HKIE / MICE / IStructE / CIOB will be an advantage
10 years post-qualification experience in project management preferably gained from main contractors, with at least 3 years in management level
Hands on experience in handling building / fit-out / A&A projects and well versed in regulations of Building Department
Good communications and interpersonal skills
