Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
Proficient in computer applications will be an advantage, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel, AutoCAD etc
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent communication and site management skills
Able to work independently to control site progress and quality of works
