Prepare group consolidated financial and management reports, budget and forecast for Group management
Prepare annual report and interim report
Perform financial analysis on business performance
Coordinate statutory audit and tax filing on group basis
Participate in M&A and due diligent exercise when necessary
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Degree holder or above in Accountancy / Finance or relevant disciplines, qualified accountant is highly preferred
5-7 years of experience in international audit firms / accounting and finance in sizable companies, solid experience in listed companies is highly preferred
Good knowledge in HKFRS and Listing Rules
Experience in system implementation will be an advantage
Attention to details and accuracy, able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
