Scope of Business
Chevalier ventured into the food and beverage domain through the acquisition of Igor’s Group, and a subsequent merger with Cafe Deco Group in 2007 and 2010, respectively. The enlarged group is located across the Asia Pacific region including Hong Kong and Sydney. The restaurants and bar business, now operating under Cafe Deco Group of which Chevalier is a shareholder, offers an exceptional dining experience and a wide range of international cuisine as well as providing stylish meeting venues for drinks and casual dining.
Extending beyond the retail network, Food Square, a food processing facility in Chai Wan was set up in January 2012. Food Square handles processed meats and seafood, and the clientele of Food Square includes five star hotels, theme parks, restaurants and bars in Hong Kong and Macau, including those of Cafe Deco Group.
