IP Technology
Strata CIX100 provides all the features and benefits of our traditional systems with enhanced IP based adaptability capabilities, making it the most efficient, user-friendly and customizable system in the market. With Strata CIX, the user has a choice of mixing and matching the technologies, creating a traditional system, IP enabled System or a mixture that best serves your needs for future expansion.

Migration Plan
Users of the existing Strata CTX systems and even the classic Strata DK systems can migrate to the new Strata CIX systems while retaining much of their existing equipment like the Toshiba DKT2000 and Toshiba DKT3000 series Digital Telephones, trunk and station cards, thereby protecting some of the existing infrastructure investment in their initial systems.

SD Card Memory
Strata CIX System has a built-in slot for the SD Card (32MB to 256MB) which is commercially available in retail stores. With the SD Card in place, programming data can be backed up and restored, ensuring maximize uptime for business operations. In addition, with the SD card, uploading of software upgrades and other maintenance functions can be carried out with ease.

Strata CIX maximizes customers' Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) to deliver cost effective mobility solutions.

Toshiba Soft IPT is an IP Telephony client that works with a laptop, desktop PC and smartphone.

Support Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista and Windows 7

Operates like a Toshiba digital telephone with the same functionality and can be connected to CIX via Intranet, Internet or Wireless

With SoftIPT installed on laptop or smartphone, user can enjoy true mobility with the same functionality of desktop telephone


2) Universal Call Distribution
Strata CIX system is equipped with a built-in UCD, which provides call flow to distribute calls more efficiently for your customers that have different needs and processes. UCD delivers an intelligent service based on the simplified Distributed Hunt feature that supports 560 agents. It allows all the extensions to be ready and establishes for call handling, enabling efficient utilization of your customer service resources. Incomings calls are answered by an Auto attendant or directly routed to the UCD. If the agents are busy, the incoming calls can be routed to the next available agent on a per-group basis.

3) Strata CIX IP Attendant Console

4) My PhoneManager
Toshiba new personal administration tool, My PhoneManager gives individual users the ability to program various features on their telephone through PC's web browser. This gives users more control and reduces your system administrator's workload.

5) Caller Number Display
Caller Number Display identifies the originating party of a public network call. The name and telephone number of the calling party displays on the ringing telephone's LCD. Incoming calls with Caller ID or Automatic Number Identification (ANI) information may be optionally recorded into a rolling list for individual stations. Station users with LCD displays can access this list to select and redial these calls. Caller ID service from the carrier must be subscribed on analog CO lines or IDA-P Lines in order to receive calling number and name into the Strata system.

Caller ID lists can include the number, name (if provided), time and date of the call, and status of the call (answered, abandoned, or redirected). Digital stations are assigned memory for creating the Call History.
