其士集团于2011年进军美国安老院舍业务，透过完成一系列的收购，现于美国密歇根州、内华达州、新墨西哥州、北卡罗莱纳州、俄勒冈州及华盛顿州共拥有28间安老院舍，合共提供大約2,500个床位，包括协助起居、失智护理、专业护理、暂居护理及宁养服务。
